Albanian to English Bus/Financial Business/Commerce (general) invoice abbreviation

There is another small problem in my invoice, the abbreviation N.R.C. Context: "Nr. fiskal i blerësit: N.R.C. xxx..."

The abbreviation is handwritten, not very clear. Maybe there's no dot between N and R, so they might mean numër. The C could be an L.

Klementina Shahini Oct 17, 2014: Name? Can it be a name? Another option is National Registration Center (N.R.C).I used all my sources and National Registration Center is what they gave me. It looks weird to me though because in Albanian is QKR but they insist saying that sometimes they use the Enlish version. I am not sure and what I am writing is just putting something on the table. Hopefully helps or put you on right directions.
larserik (asker) Oct 16, 2014: I didn't stress the context, it seems The abbreviation should belong to "Nr. fiskal i blerësit" in some way or another, because it's handwritten between that (printed) and the number (handwritten).
