I found just a few on Google. Do you think they actually wobble? anybody familiar with them? I am not sure how to translate this. Can I leave out the wobble part or is it fundamental?

wacky wobblers (bobbing head toys)
this seems to be a more common name for them!

basically - they are toys with a \"bobbing\" head. Window refers to car window as people often place them on top of the front panel so their heads wobble when the car is moving! (I personally don\'t like them but that\'s just me!! :-)
