Non-PRO English to French Tech/Engineering Management market research/phraseology

The overall context is a survey about IT expenditures (asking people who rate themselves "knowledgeable" about the spending/budgeting of the IT function at their company to estimate overall IT computing expenditures, as well as expenses/budgets for different types of software at their company).

The whole statement reads "We do realize that there may be expenditures within your company that fall outside of your realm, but right now, we are looking for all that your budget covers".

It's kind of confusing because it's saying "your budget", but I think it's meant as "the company's budget", not someone's particular budget (whether or not the respondent manages a budget is not a requirement--just that he/she be "knowledgeable" about the IT function and the budgeting of IT expenses). The statement is ambiguous but I think it's basically saying, "we realize you don't know everything that goes on at your company, but please give it your best shot based on everything that you know" (I have to find a way to say it so that it sounds more professional!). So far I have:
