I think they are looking to match invoices with proof of receipt for the goods in the invoice.
For outgoing materials/goods it would be a "picking list"
For incoming materials/goods it would be a "inventory receipt/receiving list".
Although I have seen many companies referring to "picking list" for both outgoing and incoming inventory.
In some instances it could also be a "Bill of Lading", depending on the type of info provided. Most of my clients rely on their own receiving lists.
