Viertel(stücke), Grobteilstücke und feinzerlegte Stücke
Wie Du auf den folgenden Sites sehen kannst, wird die Zerlegung von Tierfleischkadavern in Amerika, England und Deutschland gleich durchgeführt: Zuerst in "Viertel" (primal cuts), dann in "Grobteilstücke" (subprimal) und dann in "feinzerlegte Stücke" (Feinzerlegung).
