Notary's Office or Notary Office?

English Law/Patents Law (general) COLOMBIAN Birth Certificate
I am translating a Colombian birth certificate, and the place where the record was inscribed (is that the right word?) was "NOTARIA SEGUNDA", which would translate to

Second Notary's Office
or
Second Notary Office ?

Rita, in Latin American countries the notaries are specialized lawyers that have an office (unlike in US), which can be housed in the City Hall, the Court House, etc... What I need is what we would call that office in English!

Notary office

Coral, you'll hear both, and you'll find plenty of references for both, but I believe the official term is "Notary Office" (Second Notary Office in your text).

notary office is better

but "notary's office" is widely used too.

U.S. notary public (no office)

because the notary is not connected to a place and they can take their stamp/seal with them ( I have used that service), office is not required and is not usually seen on official documents.

Simply the name followed by "notary public" and the seal/stamp and date

It depends

Notary Office: if it is a public office/department responsible for notarizations

Notary's Office: if it is the office a notary public, i.e. an individual authrized for notarization
