Non-PRO English Art/Literary Poetry & Literature children's literature
When he got to his chambers, Glavo sat in the armchair and started pondering whom he should take with him.
First and foremost, he would take the warrior whose name was Iron Hand.
***Another to join him should be*** Expert Shot.
The third person Glavo would like to take with him was Sharp Spear.
The fourth one to be definitely enrolled was Fright Giver, a warrior noted for his gigantic stature.
And, of course, he would need Death Bringer.
Glavo also wanted to have Cat’s Eye in his party.

Is it possible to put the phrase this way?

The context:
The character (Glavo, Commander-in-Chief of a VERY bad guy’s army) is selecting his warriors to decide which of them to take with him to a war campaign.

These are fragments of my translation of a Russian fantasy for children (although not for very little ones).

The second would be, definitely, Expert Shot.

You have to include "second", if you have first and third.
Also, if he is so sure of the first, and fairly sure of the third, then "definitely" is the appropriate word for the second.
I put dashes to show, he is pondering, but it would be probably even better to write it like this:
The second would be... definitely Expert Shot.
