German term

Realerfüllung

German to English Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)
From a contract:

Beide Parteien haben somit ein Recht auf Realerfüllung des Vertrages.

Like my last question, I know what it means (actual fulfilment, fulfilment in real terms) but I can't think of a good English equivalent.

Thanks in advance -

Kevin\'s English law glossary: order of specific performance Last modified: Jan 02
A court may order that a party in breach of contract perform his obligations under the contract. This order may be made in combination with an order for damages. In general, specific performance is not available on contracts for personal services, contracts of employment, or in cases where it would be impossible to supervise the performance adequately.
