I would change that slightly to :"with whom we have enjoyed years of fruitful cooperation" or "...with whom we have fruitfully cooperated for a good number of years" or something along these lines.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe the German "mit der wir auf eine langjährige erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit zurückblicken können"
is just as wrong as the English "with whom we can look back...", as both indicating that the looking back/zurückblicken is done WITH the other company.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe the German "mit der wir auf eine langjährige erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit zurückblicken können"
is just as wrong as the English "with whom we can look back...", as both indicating that the looking back/zurückblicken is done WITH the other company.

Úsing 'with which...' or 'with whom...' is perfectly correct as far as grammar is concerned, but it's a bit stilted. Unless your context is fairly formal, you'd probably be better off to say 'Our first sales partner for xxx was yyy, and we enjoyed many years of successful cooperation with them'.
