household textiles and industrial textiles
I am positive that "household" is the correct word, after long experience with textile trade agreements, customs codes, etc. Industrial is more of a leap, but sounds much more idiomatic to me than "technical." Industrial covers all kinds of manufacturing or non-household uses.
