Acc. to Dietl/Lorenz, Abgrenzungsvereinbarung mit Warenzeichen is "trademark differentiation agreement." Maybe this will help.

"Kennzeichenrechtlich" refers to trademark law. There is some general, but useful information about trademark law at the URL below.
"Abgrenzungsvertrag" poses more of a problem. The Northern Light search engine yielded all of 4 hits for the term, none of which seem to shed a whole lot of light, save for one, which is listed below.
Based on the definition of "Abgrenzung" as delimitation, demarcation, separation and distinguishing, the most educated guess that I can make is that this is an agreement on delimiting the use of a trademark or trademarks, i.e. establishing the limits of another entity's use of a specific trademark, say after a merger or in the context of copromotion.

trademark Terms and Conditions Agreement

A recent query was on:
"Nutzungs- und Ueberlassungsvertrag". This one looks similar. The first URL below concerns limitations and a trademark law. The second is a Terms and Conditions Agreement. I found 3,000 hits on Terms and Conditions Agreement on Northern Light search.
