depends on her duties
A 'domestic' comes and goes to do regular housework, a 'live-in companion' stays in the house round the clock and assists with light chores like dressing, taking the person out for walks etc, a 'visiting nurse' or 'full-time nurse' actually tenders medical assistance to someone incapacitated. I think it's a 'live-in companion' in your case.

: Why do you think it's a live-in companion in this case?

could be just a plain house maid, of course, but everyone here suggests some support service is involved. Mother of a friend of mine has a live-in companion who does her paperwork and light physical assistance.

1 hr
home help
I know these are people (in UK) who help disabled people with housework, cleaning, etc, and whose duties sometimes include helping people to shower/dress, etc.
6 mins
House sitter
Just a wild guess.
