English term

privilege to the contract notwithstanding

English to Spanish Tech/Engineering Transport / Transportation / Shipping maritime law
From the introductory wording on a Bill of Lading, stating that all parties are bound by the conditions that follow. It comes from
"In accepting this Bill of Lading any local customs or privilege to the contract notwithstanding the Shipper, Consignee and Owner of the goods and the Holder of this Bill of Lading agree to be bound by all the stipulations (etc)"
I am thinking along the lines of "Sin perjuicio a costumbres locales o..."
To be honest I'm not entirely sure I fully understand the 'privilege to the contract' bit in English!
