English to German Tech/Engineering Computers: Software
Hier schon mal der ganze Absatz (gleich dazu noch zwei Fragen)
Es geht um ein Event Reporting System, das Folgendes "kann":

End-to-end reporting of

Activity (*charge*, priority etc.)
Critical event (failure, restart etc.)
Application activity maintenance (survival and decreased mode etc.)

...can todaybe trackedand reported to the right team in short form (SMS) and/or in any more detailed form (E-mail, multiple SMS, electronic actuator etc.)

Well, that sort of changes everything. Now you know it is Auslastung and Priorit�t. Only the client could have helped you in correcting bad source text, so I'm glad you contacted them. It is a matter of load (amount of activity) & respective priority.

Hier geht es m.E. um die Zuweisung von Verantwortlichkeiten für bestimmte Aktivitäten/Vorgänge (nach dem Motto "Who/what system is in charge (of what)?").

I disagree with both the above responses.
"To charge" is "beladen" or "beschicken" IF it refers to a machine, a furnace, etc.
The context does not give a clue. Thus it could just as well be financial in nature, "verrechnen".
This is a raunchy source text: "priority" is NOT an activity!
I urge you to discuss the intent with the client.

BTW \"laden\" could apply if a battery (electric) is the object.
Since I doubt that, I disagree with the various loaders.
