English Social Sciences Internet, e-Commerce website
English text: Note that commercially operated websites in Germany require an imprint and that you can be given a warning.

Question: What does this sentence mean? The German website regulators require that you can be given a warning? Does it mean warning can be given via the address from the imprint?

German logic

The German means that an imprint is required by law and that you can get a demand (e.g. from an authority) to comply with that regulation.
