Agreement regarding sales conditions between Supplier and Customer for meat products:

Der Kunde verhandelt im Auftrag und im Namen aller zu seiner Unternehmensgruppe gehoerenden Firmen. Dementsprechend gelten die getroffenen Regelungen fuer alle zur A-Gruppe gehoerenden Firmen.
Die Bonivereinbarung gilt auch fuer solche Firmen, die von der Firma A...KG oder von zur A-Gruppe gehoerenden Firmen erworben werden oder an denen sich die Firma A....KG oder die zur A-Gruppe gehoerenden Firmen beteiligen.

So this is related to "Bonus"? But what does it ultimately refer to?

bonus agreement (for multiple bonuses)

In English we'd just say bonus agreement, even though this refers to multiple bonuses in this case. There must be some other bonus agreement in another document or in a different section of this document that it is referring to.
