militia-like Authority

"Militia" has a pretty specific meaning in English, and the Arabic word is a borrowing, so it should be retained in the translation. However, we can't really turn "militia" into an adjective in English, so you have to muck with the syntax a bit. Other possibilities: "Authority (read militia)"; "Authority made up of militiamen".

militial / militial allies

militial is often used but not officially associated with authority, as authority is a recognized faculty and militial is not.
