Context
A device on a truck axle.
Die Achse ist mit einer Wegfahrhilfe ausgerüstet. Durch das Entlasten der Zusatzachse wird der Achsdruck der Antriebsachse erhöht. Übersteigt die Geschwindigkeit den Wert von 30 km/h, schaltet sich die Wegfahrhilfe automatisch aus.

I guess it's called Anfahrhilfe as I couldn't find anythingwith Wegfahr... the only term I found was "traction-assist-feature", even the French Wyhlidal has no answer (it's not the most recent one).
