Spanish term

galería comercial

shopping arcade

I know this as both "pasaje" and "galería comercial" in Spanish, but I'm not positive if "arcade" this fits the bill in English, you'd need to research it more than I have to see if it is applicable.

I would not want to call it any kind of a "mall" because that is understood as being something else much bigger, and free-standing.

Alley can have a negative connotation as in a place where homeless people sleep but it also could be used like \"Shoppers Alley\" or \"Fashion Alley.\" Walkway is well utilized too.
