(Special) Confederation of Japanese Women's Associations

Confederations are commonly created from a group of independent associations, so I am certain that what I am suggesting is organizationally sound. I made a quick check using the Goo search engine, but could not come up with anything resembling what you have entered.

Unless there is another confederation with an identical name, or the confederation has been organized for some unstated special purpose, I would not include the word special in the title of the confederation, however. As the formal title of the federation it is already special.
