Italian term (edited): (le spese e le imposte) dipendenti
Selected

ancillaries; ancillary disbursements

Le spese e le imposte del presente atto e dipendenti sono a carico della qui costituita società: such expenses and taxes / duties of this Instrument and anicllaries (allied or kindred ones) shall be payable by (her who set up the) the company promoter/or.

Methinks dipendenti is nowt to do with employees but an adjective that agrees with spese e le imposte cf in Anglo-Irish land law: appurtenant and *ancillary* rights running wioth the land.

dipendente : subordinate; subsidiary: Collins Sansoni
Example sentence:

1475 c.c. stabilisce che “le spese del contratto di vendita e le altre accessorie sono a carico del compratore, se non è stato pattuito diversamente”.

Badly written Italian, I think. I would have written it differently e.g. "Le spese e le imposte relative al presente atto e connesse sono a carico....."
