Underwent for pulmonary artery band , then at age of 2 year and 10 month VSD closed and pulmonary artery debanded , intraoperative description(Excessive adhesion , banded pulmonary artery situs solitus atrium Dloop ventricle (upper right , lower left ),DTGA , anterior aorta (SDD) , inlet VSD , extended to sub pulmonic area , continuity between pulmonary artery and tricuspid and mitral valve annulus ) then patient kept on regular follow up in the out patient clinic , during follow up there is decreses right ventricular function with severe right AVV regurgitation The last visit was on 27/5/2024 he was asymptomatic , doing daily activity
