Reposition 調整位姿 (位置或姿勢)

In Chinese, "transferring" in the context of assistance with activities of daily living is translated as “转移” (zhuǎn yí). This term refers to helping a person move from one place or position to another, such as from a bed to a wheelchair, or from a chair to a standing position.

I’ve found that when I completely immerse myself in a non-English context, I can better grasp how things are normally expressed in Chinese, free from English influences. This often helps in delivering more authentic target texts. I came across a list of duties related to carer responsibilities on Baidu, and I believe the term used is 护送.


2、完成晨、晚间护理：要求保持床单整洁。更换床套、枕套、平车套等。
3、清洗器械，发收衣服，与各人员做好交接工作，负责与洗衣房清点被服，做到帐物相符。
4、协助病人完成生活所需如：送便器、倾倒大小便、协助病人进餐、清洗餐具。
5、护送病人检查（注意保暖、输液病情观察）

把照顾对象从地点A移动到地点B。

搀扶：如果病人还能走路（需搀扶）。

抬动：病人不能走路，要把病人抬起，抱起，或背起。
