Medical report from Colombia on a 5-year-old girl who probably has Cerebral Palsy.
This part talks about the birth.
AP [pathology]
Prod 3 embarazo [product of 3rd pregnancy]
aborto previo [prior miscarriage]
CPN (+) desde 1 mes (I think this is post-natal checks)
Ok, that was just for background.
The next 2 items on the list are ADEA (-), which I posted separately, INFX (-), which I think is "infection,", HGIA (-), which I posted separately, and after that we have ***TRX*** (-)
Thank you for any suggestions.

negative for traumatic injury
• Ictericia no tratada

Transfusion
Quite likely here, see this article:
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7379706/
Post‐Trx (0–48 hours): Sample collection within 48 hours after transfusion.
TNC = transfused negative control; TRALI = transfusion‐related acute lung injury; pTRALI = possible TRALI; Trx = transfusion.

Discussion
Anyhow, the idea that the listing could be related to pre or peri-labor medical problems rather than problems directly affecting the kid would also make sense; context should help to clarify this point. As for "transfusion", I am not so sure it fits here, but it cannot be ruled out linked to hemorrhage of the mother if this was the case.
