Hi, Marie. My own line of thought is that -as the Asker states- all these terms are a list of pathological conditions that the kid might or might not have suffered; a list of medical problems that might justify the clinical symptoms of the five year-old kid that suggest a cerebral palsy. In that context, whether or not the kid had postnatal checkups would be relevant, as well as whether or not the kid has suffered previous severe infections, hemorrhage -or (cranial) trauma. As for ADEA my guess here is that it might be related to previous identification of learning disabilities in the kid -previous to the actual condition/symptoms-, but I haven't been able to confirm this nor have I been able to imagine any other plausible alternative.

Anyhow, the idea that the listing could be related to pre or peri-labor medical problems rather than problems directly affecting the kid would also make sense; context should help to clarify this point. As for "transfusion", I am not so sure it fits here, but it cannot be ruled out linked to hemorrhage of the mother if this was the case.

All of these mysterious terms seem to be related to the mother and her pregnancy, rather than the child, so might CPN not be prenatal control from first month of pregnancy, and all the other terms related to the labour, including hemorrhage and infection, and trx? I've also had a good look at ADEA, and thought it was to to with the mother, but couldn't find anything logical.
