Teilnahmebedingungen (Gewinnspiel)
The German repeats 'Gewinn'. To avoid this, you could translate 'Rückfragen zu den Gewinnen zu beantworten oder die Gewinnleistungen zu erfüllen' as 'pay out winnings, or answer questions about them'.
I've reversed the order of the two items because I think it's more logical.

AllegroTrans
: "Requirements" and "to fulfill" are in this text and you've completely ignored both and have arrived at sometjing entirely different

You fulfill the payment requirements by making the payments. It's not 'something entirely different'.

: I tend to agree, if the winning is of monetary nature. If not, you need to rephrase it since Leistung or Sache cannot be paid out.

I think Gewinnspiel usually implies prize draw or lottery. But yes, it would be helpful to know what the prize is.

: Am confused: How do you arrive at this interpretation? Who's supposed to comply with them? Admittedly, the German is (really) bad, but this is a direct reference to "Leistungserfüllung" as per § 362 BGB Cf. https://www.juraforum.de/lexikon/erfuellung

I think it implies (circuitally) that the winner's data can be retained for a longer period of time

: I agree with Björn. This is also ambiguous - it could mean 'the conditions that win'.
