Hi!!!
The thing is, "The Difference Maker" is the name of a publication. First of all I should find something short and effective to use as heading/ name. Then, within the text, they speak about associates being "difference makers" within the company and how great it is to become one.
I have been thinking and thinking, but found nothing great.
"Diferenciadores" sounds as a technical term, "quienes marcan la diferencia" CAN be used when speaking about people, but not for the name, and so on...
Any good ideas that can help me?

I think it is appropiate, especially if it is a title of a publication. Capitalizing the word differenciates "Los Diferenciadores" (people) from "los diferenciadores" (things).
If the publication is about the Differentiators, what could be better than naming it after them?
After one or two issues, nobody will find the title odd or will lhave any doubts as to its meaning.

A mi tambien me hizo dudar un poco, pero al ver el título uno se pregunta ¿Quien marca la diferencia? El lector claro. En esto de los titulos de revistas no hay reglas fijas, con lo cual este tema resulta Muy Interesante. Gracias por el apoyo.

No sé si como diferenciador podría sustituírse por diferencial, factor diferencial (?) COmo título de una publicación podría funcionar algo como \"(El/lo-s) incomparable\", \"sin igual\", \"pioneros\", algo que refleje la idea, que no hay quien se les compare, que están mucho más avanzados que los demás....en fin, suerte.
