Discussion
Definition of consignment means:-
1- First party takes no responsibility of Second party inventory, raw materials or packing materials.
2- Second party take fully responsibility of hygiene as per Kuwait law. Any penalty from ministry due to poor hygiene the Second party will pay the penalty or any other consequence will be managed by Second party.
3- Second party take fully responsibility of First party area, equipment and other accessories.
3- Second party is reasonable for their staff residence, health card, hygiene, training, salary and any miss behavior or fraud
4- Second party staff will be reporting to store manager of First party as deemed required
Price list:- Prices of Second party should match or be lower than the market price and this must be monitored and checked on a daily basis.
Sales:- All items of Second party sold in the First party stores will be processed through the First party checkouts.
