El señor Perez Pinto indicó que, una vez aprobada la solicitud de creación del comité, la Organización enviará **notas de solicitud** a cada una de las entidades que se tienen focalizadas para solicitar al funcionario que integrará el comité respectivo, empezando así la dinámica de conformación y seguimiento a lo antes mencionado.
No estoy muy seguro si ya existe un término establecido para "nota de solicitud" o si bien se podría traducir como "requests"? sin embargo, sonaría un tanto redundante traducirlo como: "... send request.... to request the..."
Desde ya, agradezco sus aportes.
