The Daily Rental Manager, upon floatation of enquiries to various External Real Estate Agents (minimum 3) and upon receipt of quotes or bids along with the necessary documents such as CR, VAT registration certificate, and Bank Statement, shortlists the bids primarily based on fees quoted by the Real Estate Agents for the desired statement of work.
The Daily Rental Manager, upon completion of the initial shortlisting process, carries out negotiation with the shortlisted External Real Estate Agents and based on the negotiation held, selects, and engages the most experienced and cost-efficient Real Estate Agent for the scouting of the desired lease properties. The selection of the Real Estate Agents is then intimated to the CEO, COO, and GCFO for concurrence and subsequent preparation of Draft Letter of Engagement.
