GENERAL CONTRACT ABOUT GROUP CHARGES
for consultant services

I. Contract partners
Contract signed by XXX as service offering party on one hand and XXX as service receiving party on the other hand.

II. Subject of the contract
The subject of the contract is to fix the conditions under which XXX will cover the service specified under point III to the service receiving party. For the services mentioned under point III the service receiving party is obliged to pay a justified fee, as fixed under point IV of this contract.
