5.7.3.2. Each procurement order shall be weighted equally for progress reporting purposes. Each milestone identified below shall be fully completed before progress is earned, except for the delivery of equipment or Materials where delivery typically occurs in batches or at different times:
5.7.3.2.1. Request for Quotations (RFQ) issued to prospective bidders - weighted 10%.
5.7.3.2.2. Quotations (bids) received in response to RFQ, with completed technical and commercial evaluations - weighted 15%.
