Could this be 'un(der)served products'? Or does this mean undelivered?

@Allegro (just my 2 cents) The meaning of "servir" in this sentence which makes the most sense in French, is the transitive sense of "giving smtg to sbdy". It's in the past participle: the product in question was not "served", that is not supplied. I cannot clearly make out by who to whom but that's the only grammatically sound meaning.
The intransitive meaning (servir as "to be useful or used") seems not likely, because I expect it would not be used as adjective but rather in the passé composé "ont servis". We can make allowances for the writing style of the authors (likely commercial lawyers) and assume the intransitive meaning, but I doubt it.
Without knowing more about the particulars of this clause (see my previous comment) I don't stick my neck out but confirm that at least linguistically Emmanuella's interpretation makes sense in any case.
Then it could be the case that the product was not "served" to a final user (someone down the supply chain from the seller and the buyer), like an unsold remainder in stock. In this case then "unused" or "unsold" I guess could still be an appropriate representation of the situation. I don't know more.

Who EXACTLY are the parties to this contract?
Most importantly: who is the buyer?
Someone who will use this insect repellent or a reseller/retailer?
IF it's a reseller what kind of contract has it with its own buyers? Would they have the right to return unused products?

Without these "details" there is no way to be sure of anything.

For all we know so far it is as much probable to be "undelivered to the buyer" as it could be "unused by the buyer".

IF this is in the context of a framework agreement between the holding of chain of department stores ("le Group", like Carrefour ou Leclerc etc... aka "grande distribution") and its suppliers, this clause provides the indemnification of the buyer under certain circumstances, while still permitting further legal action. It is the buyer (le Groupe) that shall be indemnified in case of "produits non servis". So the clause must imply some loss to the buyer (le Groupe).
If this interpretation is correct, it may not be simply "unsold or unused product" because that wouldn't say anything about the Supplier's responsibility. A product can remain unsold for a host of reason even if perfectly conforming and delivered to schedule, through no fault of the supplier's fault, and I don't see why the buyer should then be indemnified by the supplier.
On the other hand, there are agreements (e.g. "dépot-vente") whereby a supplier provides goods to be sold by the store (buyer in this case) but any unsold products are either returned or refunded, i.o.w. the Buyer is indemnified in a way but there's no reason to seek redress in court.

So, as I understand:
The Seller shall use its reasonable endeavours to meet any date stated for delivery.
So claims(indemnity) can be made for late deliveries or undelivered products by the buyer.
So "non-servis" here means that Products are subject to availability as such some products may not be in stock at the time the order is placed. As there is usually some time between the order and the preparation a product might be our of stock by then.

In this event the Seller is then unable to deliver the items within the time specified, the Seller will usually contact the Buyer to advise of the situation and the Buyer shall be entitled to cancel the order and receive a full refund or agree a later date.
Not delivered/undelivered as Phil said.

HTH La notion de produits non servis existe aussi en logistique/chaîne d'approvisionnement. par exemple le taux de rupture peut être défini comme le nombre de produits non servis par rapport aux quantités commandées.
Ce qui veut dire des produits commandés mais qu'ils n'ont pas en stock au moment t donc par conséquent ne peuvent être livrés comme l'a indiqué Phil.
On serait sur qqch comme "unavailable products"

I actually have 'to use' for 'servir' in my own (copyrighted) FRE/ENG glossary, though have a hunch that servi is shorthand for 'non ayant servi à la fin / destination prévue'.

That apart, a thorough 'revision' of the UK Sale of Goods Acts is required.
Example sentence:

The Sale of Goods Act states that goods delivered or sold must be of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. Fit for purpose means that the goods will provide the benefit or meet the purpose advertised by the seller.

Toute nécessité différente d'emploi ou de destination du Produit devra être notifiée au Fournisseur avec un préavis de 60 jours.
