Italian term
territorio scenario del progetto
Non-PRO (2): Tom in London, JudyC
When entering new questions, KudoZ askers are given an opportunity* to classify the difficulty of their questions as 'easy' or 'pro'. If you feel a question marked 'easy' should actually be marked 'pro', and if you have earned more than 20 KudoZ points, you can click the "Vote PRO" button to recommend that change.
How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:
An easy question is one that any bilingual person would be able to answer correctly. (Or in the case of monolingual questions, an easy question is one that any native speaker of the language would be able to answer correctly.)
A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).
Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.
When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.
* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

: This is not part of the Asker's question. Anyway, "sono 200 donne residenti" should not be translated by a *double relative clause*: "are 200 women *who* live in the area *where* the project is located" ... much better: "are 200 women *living* in...

: I'm sure the asker knows how to translate "200 donne residenti nel", which is why it's not in the question and I didn't translate it.

: "The xxx fo the project are 200 women" may be grammatically correct, but given the rest of the sentence does not sound particularly idiomatic./// How is that related to my comment made here? I was simply explaining why I find this translation to be Neutr

Your comment is about the rest of the sentence - but that is not part of the Asker's question. And you have not suggested anything for the rest of the sentence. You've only translated (in a very different way) " territorio scenario del progetto"

In the project's catchment area (or "the catchment area of the project")

This term is often used for areas such as schools, environmental issues and also social or health services, but can be extended to other purposes.
"We also use local architects who have lived IN THE PROJECT'S CATCHMENT AREA."
"Among other things, the programme will train residents of THE CATCHMENT AREA OF THE PROJECT in new farming techniques and equipping affected with employable skills."
