English to Arabic Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)

1.1.1 "month", "monthly", "year" and "yearly" and any other references in time shall be construed by reference to the Gregorian calendar;
1.1.2 times of day are, unless the context requires otherwise, to the time in the UAE and references to a day are to a period of 24 hours running from midnight on the previous day;
1.1.3 periods of time as being given from a given day, or day on which an act or event occurs, are to be calculated exclusive of that day;
