• Considering the KYC request is submitted by the engagement team on Salesforce and the KYC/PEP/Sanction/Adverse Information screening is conducted on Fenergo, it is essential to reconcile both the systems on a periodic basis. In order to ensure completeness of all KYC requests submitted by the engagement team, a workbench report is generated in Fenergo which reconciles the KYC data in both systems.
