Die genaue Objektbezeichnung erfolgt im Rahmen der durch den AG an den AN zu benennenden Einzelstandorte (Einzelnennung).

1.1 Dieser Rahmenvertrag und seine Anlagen bilden die ausschließliche Vertragsgrundlage für die durch den Auftraggeber an den Auftragnehmer zu meldenden Einzelnennungen.

Die Höchstparkdauer ist in der Einzelnennung ausgewiesen.

7.2 Der Auftraggeber kann Einzelnennungen von Parkflächen mit einer Frist von 3 Monaten zum Monatsende kündigen.
7.6 Die Kündigung des Rahmenvertrages führt auch zur Beendigung der Einzelnennungen.
Anlage 1 – Vollmacht zur Abfrage der Halterdaten als Anlage zur Einzelnennung.

Strictly speaking Einzelnennung would be "itemization" oder "enumeration" oder "individually specified"

Einzelnennung The Client operates branches in the retail sector throughout Germany. The Client is the owner or lessee of the buildings used for the operation of the branches together with parking spaces.
The Contractor is part of a Group that specialises in the management of car parks and parking spaces.
