Tako je. Sve je deo naziva i ja bih ostavio u originalu, pošto je i u tekstu koji ste naveli u pitanju ceo naziv na francuskom jeziku, iako postoji prevod na EN.

: it's not a name of any one organisation, it's a type of organisation, like you can have "limited companies" or "partnerships" or "non-profits" ... CL5 about that, BTW.

Yes, when it is in lower case like in the asker's note. But we have a different case here and the organization's name is left in French in the original text which is in English. This is why I would leave it in French, too.

Also "Action Tank Entreprise et Pauvreté" is rather peculiar combination of a designation in English of the type of entity (it's an "Action Tank") and a name for it in French "Entreprise et Pauvreté".
IOW the "name" of this entity is "Entreprise et Pauvreté" - which should be left as is (with possibly an added translation for better understanding), while "Action Tank" in principle should be translated.
To make a parallel, if you had to translate "Football Club (whatever)" would you just leave "Football Club" or use "фудбаски клуб ..."?
