agree Antonio Castillo González : I prefer then second option (perhaps a little more elaborated), as imputar is not to find someone guilty but rather to put somebody to trial (imputar [DRAE]: v. 1. tr. Atribuir a alguien la responsabilidad de un hecho reprobable.)
