: preserved fruit doesn't necessarily mean in alcohol and fruit infused alcohol only refers to the liquid minus the fruit. frutta sotto spirito is a specific flavour and not just "fruity".

"Alcohol" is redundant - it's obvious from the context. And "fruit-infused" is poetic licence. Basically they're saying it's very fruity.

"liquored fruit", "fruit-infused liquor", "fruit liqueur"
"Fruit preserved in alcohol" is a heavy mouthful, insufficiently pleasing for a text trying to attract us to the wine. "Fruit soaked in alchol" is awful; this isn't laundry we're talking about. "Fruit-infused alcohol" is readable and tempting but doesn't solve the double use of "alcohol", mentioned as a problem.
Example sentence:
Garnish the drink with a slice of liquored fruit for extra flavour.
