grading

Aggradation is normally used in a physical geography context (see definitions in OED and Merriam-Webster) meaning the natural overlay of material on land.
I suspect Swenglish may have led to its transfer to construction in Swedish dictionaries.
See Refs for definitions of 'Grading'
You may like to put 'Land' or 'Site' before Grading to fit context
