I'm translating a marketing document for an insurance company that has digitalized its client area and I've come upon these two terms. "azioni dispositive", "funzioni dispositive"
Context:
Il sistema doveva essere predisposto all’'introduzione di azioni dispositive, pagamenti digitali, consensi certificati e apertura sinistri per consentire ai clienti, una volta a regime, di operare in modalità self-service.
And:

The best I can come up with is "operations". Is there a direct technical translation for these terms in English or only an approximate paraphrase. All help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
