Typed text I am attaching a screenshot here for your reference.

Brent Sørensen Feb 15, 2021:
Lirka makes a good point Naveen may have only the Word document or .xliff file.

I’ve translated my fair share of these documents.
If it’s referring to a person, somewhere in the document, there should be the full name. I’ve usually seen only the first initial and full last name (M. Voelker) with signature. Or sometimes the employee has a 3 or 4 letter code.

But each operation has it’s own conventions. It’s hard to know for sure without seeing the original text.
Lirka Feb 15, 2021:
Ther only way to know what it is for sure is to look at the entire document and how it fits in. As Phil correctly says, it can be either initials or a job title, but in my experience, if handwritten ---> initials, if typed---> job title

I've never come across Signum in all my decades of translating! It means initials, apparently, like Visum. http://en.langenscheidt.com/german-english/signum
I'm not clear whether MV is a name or a job title.

Sign with date At different places, Signum is followed by different abbreviations. One I could find.. It was Signum SK - It seems Schichtkoordinator. There are some more such abbreviations like: Signum MV o.Me o. FL, Signum FM.
I will appreciate your help in this

How do you know it refers to a person?

It's a person's initials. We see this all the time in manufacturing records. Usually, the initials are handwritten, so put them in italics.
