Felipe, desculpe, eu sei que o Oliver pediu isso, mas a gente deve alertar o colega. Você não usaria isso, não é?
Eu sugiro usar "o imóvel", "a propriedade", ou simplesmente "ele" ou "ela". "O mesmo" substituindo sujeito ou pronome é incorreto de qualquer jeito que você imaginar.
