Italian term
Diritti partecipativi
Italian to English

Finance (general)
This is in a list of items connected with shares and securities issued by a company. It's just a list and this item is on its own. Any help would be appreciated. (The item above it in the list is 'diritti patrimoniali', which I found means 'voting rights' in the Proz terminology database.
Thanks for any help.

Discussion
and decided your comment was right. The right to "participate" in votes and the running of the company and the right to participate in "diritti patrimoniali" dividends and redemptions. However, if you are translating texts which are designed to be easily understood, I don't think "participatory rights" says anything to any one unacquainted with literal translations. Is there not a better, clearer, plainer way to say "participatory" rights that covers the right to vote and the right to receive profits and related rights?
