"Then after the first 2300 evening mornings of the great tribulation period, once again in September of 1994 God began to evangelize the world with what the Bible calls the latter rain."
Hello! I'm confused with the presence of the word "evening" next to "morning" in this text. I've checked possible meanings for "evening" as an adjective and none seem convenient enough for the context. Any ideas, or do you think it's a mistake in the original text? Thank you.

evenings and mornings
This is a reference to chapter 8, verse 14 of the Book of Daniel. The common translation of the Hebrew source text, reads:
"He said to me, “For 2,300 evenings and mornings; then the holy place will be properly restored.”"
It is part of a prophecy about the end of days. The biblical text actually reads "erev (evening) boker (morning)" with no "and" between evening / morning, which is where "evening mornings" comes from

Hi Mina, Yes, that's in Hebrew, not too different from Arabic. The transliteration of the complete sentence is:
"Vayomer eli ad erev boker elefayim ushalosh meot ve nitzdak kodesh."
