KudoZ rules have reasons . . . . . . and this rule is no exception. KudoZ follows a competitive paradigm that involves an evaluation and a selection process by peers and, ultimately, the asker. The evaluation process is relative (this answer is superior to that). Hence, evaluating the merit of an answer becomes far more complicated when one has to weigh the relative merits of answers to two questions together. By having the two terms posted separately, the asker gains the freedom to select the translation to each term separately. It is like the ability to purchase your printer and your ink cartridges from two different vendors, depending on the merits of each.

I think she did this on purpose for translator to come at contrast or little subtle differences in the meanings and consequently translations of the two separate but related terms so as to avoid repetitions of the same translation for both terms. Still the Kudos rules say it should always be one term at a time...

Two terms I think this should posted as two separate questions ("property venture" and "real estate development"), even though the two terms are intended to refer to one general concept.
