Statutory profit

English to Spanish Bus/Financial Business/Commerce (general)
Hi! I'd like to know what's the official translation of "statutory profit" in Spanish, as I can't find anything.

This is what I found about the meaning:

A statutory loss (or profit) is simply the bottom line of a company's profit and loss account. It includes everything that must be added and deducted from revenue to comply with legal and accounting requirements

And here you can see the context:

- Statutory profit before tax up 33 per cent to £2,151 million (2014: £1,614 million).

Thanks in advance!

la cuenta de pérdidas

La cuenta de pérdidas y ganancias (PyG o cuenta de resultados) es el resumen de todos los ingresos y todos los gastos que genera una organización durante un ejercicio contable.
Se encuentra recogido en el Plan General Contable. Con la sustracción de los gastos a los ingresos se puede calcular el resultado del ejercicio, es decir, los beneficios (o pérdidas) de ese ejercicio.

English term (edited): statutory (corporate) profit

(AmE/ OzE) utilidades y beneficios del ejercicio de declaración obligatoria tributaria

No such thing in the UK - likely to approximate to reportable baseline profit, so including exceptional (large-size items (see first example sentence) rather than extraordinary (lying outside of the company's range of business).

Compare a private individual's 'total incpme' from all sources.
Example sentence:

Statutory profit: The profit that the company is *required to report by law* - this will include exceptional items etc, which the company might prefer to exclude from its own headline figures.

ESP: La obligación de declarar depende del total de rentas o ingresos que se hayan recibido en 2018 (para la declaración del IRPF en 2019) y del número de pagadores.
