: Back translation is... "Acute severe syndrome in respiration" whereas other translation "ગંભીર તીવ્ર શ્વસન લક્ષણો" closely follows source.

Dear vimal, First of all we need to localize terms and not include literary Meaning. So it can be happen slight difference in Translation and back Translation but meaning must be convey and I think it conveyed in શ્વસનમાં તીવ્ર ગંભીર લક્ષણો. Thank you.
