Dermatological surgery report
Hi everyone,
I came across the phrase "en dorso de 3 de mano" in a dermatological surgery report (Informe de quirófano de dermatología) in the "diagnóstico y técnica quirúrgica" section:
"Extirpación bajo anestesia local de carcinoma basocelular en dorso de 3 de mano derecha y envío a estudio histológico. Reconstrucción injerto de piel total. Apositoc. Electrocoagulacion de carcinoma in situ en mano izquierda."
I've translated it as "on dorsum 3 of the right hand" but wanted to see if there's a better way to phrase it.
I appreciate any suggestions!
