Au sujet d'un Prenuptial Agreement,

Dans le préambule : "Each of the parties has disclosed his or her assets and liabilities to the other, including their Checking estimated values, which each of the parties and their respective advisors have reviewed, posed questions in respect of, and had such questions relating thereto satisfactorily answered."

Je ne sais pas pour la France, mais ici, un "compte courant" est un compte commercial dont les conditions diffèrent de celles d'un "compte [bancaire]" régulier/personnel.

@Cyril -- defined terms When a word that would not normally be capitalized in English is capitalized in a contract, it is a defined term (i.e. somewhere in the contract, generally right after the recitals/whereas clauses, it appears in a list of words that have a specific meaning when used in the contract).

Presumably in this contract, Checking is defined specifically (account ABC at X bank and account XYZ at Y bank, etc.).
